Please help me with arguing re porn

I know what I think about porn and I know why I think it but when I get into a discussion/debate/argument/fight about it I lose all ability to say what I mean.
So could you please give me some good bullet point arguments and maybe stats too about why porn is such a bad thing
From trafficked women to teaching our sons how to view women...all areas.
