The Beeb commissioning a polemic from a disgraced former politician. Is this what passes for public service broadcasting these days?

Think I would rather see her feature in a commercial for Virgin Media - something along the lines of the money supermarket ad with John Prescott could be fun.

You must have missed the questions over why she claimed over £100K for a second home that turned out to be her sisters place. She escaped official censure, but that kind of shit is sticky and she ended up losing her seat.

On the plus side, she's not an MP so the BBC can pay her for this...
