White stuff 'Smack my witch up'

Did anybody yet White Stuff's festive email promotion with a game 'Smack my witch up'. (A game involving cartoon witches admittedly, but so crass ...)

They are clearly referencing the offensive Progidy track. Why do they think this promotion will appeal to their market.

If you agree, please complain to them too.

I imagine it's just a bunch of overgrown schoolboys so entrenched in male privilege that they think what they find hilarious is what everyone else will too.

Glad it's not just me who thinks White Stuff's marketing is offensive and bizarre.

I hate White Stuff, their clothes are poorly designed quite often, you can see by the reviews, they don't fit properly or look right. The patterns are dreadful. The marketing is as you say bizarre and there's just something very wrong about it - it's a bit like Joe Browns but not quite so bloody bad.

Not sure if this would offend me or not - probably, but only in the way the rest of their shite offends me. Because it doesn't make sense and only appeals to the immature of mind.

It's made up by people who are great at bluffing, superficially cheerful and 'chilled' but actually just haven't thought it through at all.

I put them in the same box as those artificially cheery charity ambushers in town.

As a cartoon witch, I am pretty offended. I have already written to Evil Edna, Witch Hazel and a few other of my influential cartoon witch friends. We will be boycotting White Stuff and Muller Lights until this is resolved.
