I have relatives in Australia and I have been over a few times to visit. Whenever I go over and the page 3 conversation comes up, they find it hilarious that we allow a huge photo of a pair of tits to appear in one of our newspapers every day. The irony is that it's a Rupert Murdoch owned paper. So he wouldn't dare do it in his own country but introduced it over here.

they need the face for the come-hither look.

They also need the face so that they know it is a real sex object (complete with orifices) that the boobies are attached too.

Also if it was just the boobies then how could they be sure that there is a hotty attached to the boobies (as opposed to a dog the like of which they would never wank over no siree).
