I don't know what to say. This is appalling.

I read this earlier and thought that the judge is either insane, or there is a lot more to the case than meets the eye.
Although what that could be, I can't imagine.

It seems mediaeval.

This is terrible. I just read the news story and was going to start a thread about it, glad someone else beat me to it.

What a scary message it sends out to rape victims.
