Anybody like this book?

I loved this as a novel. I didn't know it was going to be so feminist when i started it but i liked it. I am not well-read in femist theory so would be interested to hear what others think of the various female characters (the farmers widow, the ranger and the organic apple farmer).

I think i'm interested in 'eco-feminism' after reading this so would really love any recommendations for further reading??

thanks.

I loved this book as well - and love all Barbara Kingsolver.

Maybe try some Ursula LeGuin. She has very strong female characters, and has cracking plots, beautifully written.
