Can anyone identify this bug?

I had posted on AIBU but it was suggested I try here first answer. I’ve had several of these bugs run across my desk today and have a horrible feeling they are a type of cockroach.

can anyone identify it for me?

I should add it’s in our timber garden office so not the house thank goodness.

Sorry, looks like a cockroach to me.

Google lense says a cockroach. It does look like one if I’m honest. They are common across the world unfortunately.
I often see them in my workplace and we have a pest control team that comes out every month to check traps.

Blimey!! I was really hoping someone was going to tell me it was friendly beetle. I have sent a picture to a pest control man and I’m waiting for him to get back to me.

Looks like a cockroach to me, I've seen several abroad.
