Hi there just wondering if there is anything I can use to deter cats from using my garden as a toilet but won't deter the hedgehogs? I've been using this powder but I've just read the strong smell can stop hedgehogs

Just plant more stuff. Cats tend to dig in patches of bare soil, so fill the gaps in a bit and that will help. If you are sowing seeds or growing veg, then cover bare soil with bean netting and pin it down, or leave a load of holly sprigs lying about.
