Have googled and so far my favourite is 'love lends wings to our desires', but I have no idea of the context and whether it is as nice as it sounds.
I know he loves the revenge aspect, so I quite liked 'How did I escape? With difficulty. How did I plan this moment? With pleasure.' too.
