Are "Mma" and "Rra" the equivalent of Mrs and Mr, Madam and Sir? And how are they pronounced?

I didn't know either PrettyCandles, no help - but bumping it for you

I was wondering this too PrettyCandles, I assumed so and had my own funny way of pronouncing them in my head but would like to know the proper pronounciations too.

Anyone know?
