I heard she did, coming out in July. I cant find anything online though.
I realise this sounds odd. Can anyone shed any light on this?

News to me. LOVED Time Traveller, but really didn't get on with the one about the twins so prob won't bother getting excited this time if there is another new book!

I think she's releasing a graphic novel? It was the weekly one in the Guardian Review a while back.

According to her website she is writing one called The Chinchilla Girl in Exile about a girl with an excessive hair condition

Is Her Fearful Symmetry not worth a read then?

I love time travellers wife, and was so excited for my mum to read it so we could have a good natter about it - but she just couldn't get on with it at all!! I was shocked - v. dissapointing. Never going to watch the film, I already know I'd hate it!Would give another of her books a go though if I came accross one.

MadreInglese · 30/06/2010 21:18

I loved Time Travellers Wife (the film is crappola btw) but it's a very "marmite" book IYSWIM

BooToYouToo · 08/07/2010 14:16

Hated Time Travellers Wife but loved Her Fearful Symmetry as you were not expected to like the characters.

SparkyMalarky · 10/07/2010 18:48

Loved them both, but the two books are quite different. And I know others who loved the TTW but hated HFS. (and yes, the TTW film was shocking)

Must be about time for Her Fearful Symmetry to come out in paperback?

YunoYurbubson · 10/07/2010 18:50

I enjoyed both TTW and HFS.

TTW was a more exciting concept, but I remember it dragging a bit in places.

HFS moved more quickly, but a bit silly. I did really enjoy it though.

poppy34 · 10/07/2010 18:52

I liked them both but ttw probably more as found it very moving- hfs would make summer reading.
