I have read loads of self-help type books or psychology type books, but I'd like to find one that'll actively help me pick through issues from my childhood etc. I was wondering if anyone knows of a book like that, a simple practical one eg with questions/reflections/exercises etc at the end of each chapter etc, designed to help you do your own counselling, sort of thing.
I don't think I need counselling (that's if i could afford it!) but have always been into self-development etc etc.
