German-language light fiction?

Inspired by the French books thread, I've got a bookcase full of German literary fiction and kids' lit, but find it hard to find any lighter adult authors.

I like Walter Moers for comic fantasy, Petra Oelker for Krimis and Kerstin Gier for chick-lit. Can anyone recommend anything in a similar vein? Thanks!

I don't really read chick lit but a friend of mine has raved about Ildiko von Kuerthy.

is it for kids? then Christine Nöstlinger, Ottfried Preußler (Krabat is nice for grown ups as well)
for grown ups: Patrick Süßkind (das parfüm, kontrabaß)

For me - so theoretically grown up! Will check these out. Thanks.
