Sandy do you have any artwork, given you are Queen of the Artwork - I elected you in absentia - on the dagger of the Brotherhood?

Would be grateful if you could post anything you have (if you have anything, that is) as I want it to form part of the tatt I am planning.

Timba: what is the tatt going to be on? the BDB??

Sandy I want the dagger at the base of my spine. I will then have three stars around it. I want the dagger as a dagger/knife symbolises strength and, as BDB is my favourite series, I thought it might be nice to use theirs.

I just wondered if you had any artwork that could be re-sized (probably downsized) to enable a tattooist to do it.

My DH thinks I'm mental and looks at me like I've grown another head but I've waited years for this and am going to do it.

If you haven't got anything, then that's no problem, just thought to ask?????

Why don't you get a tatt? It is a big decision though and sometimes the person you are with doesn't like them? My DH doesn't really like them but understands that it is my decision to have one ... still looks at me like this though when I talk about it!

I would love a tattoo too. The only reason I've not got one yet is because I don't know what I want - I would want it to be meaningful to me and unique, but not cheesy or tacky.

DH suggested his name across my knuckles - I think he was joking!!

Just popping in to say HELLO! I have been occupying myself with the Lords of the Underworld and the Ghostwalkers for the last few months which have compensated for no new BDB - well apart from Team Quay fan fic! sandy thank you SO much for pointing me in that direction - lOVE IT!!!

Have also just discovered wide awake which is doing exactly that to me. Can any of you recommend me any more fanfic - and how the hell can i download it onto my e-reader/ i appear to have managed it for wide awake but have no idea how?????

FromGirders: MoTU - is Masters of the Universe and CW&IA is Clipped Wings & Inked Armour they are Twilight but totally different - SO HOT!!! MOTU - Edward is OMFG so hot and CW&IA he is a tattooed and pierced Edward and there are some fabulous lemons in each of them! The mirror sex in CW&IA is out of this world!

Neon - just re-read your post - why don't you suggest your name across his shoulders (just like Sandy suggested ... lol)

I agree on the "not cheesy or tacky". It has to be something that means something to you and not the generic barbed wire bicep bands/disney character type thing. Not that they can't mean something to people, just that they seem to be a trend type of tatt. I am going to have a dagger, surround by two serpents (twisted around it) and then three stars or small celtic knots. The dagger represents strength and with the serpents it becomes a symbol of healing. The three knots/stars represent me, my DH and my DS.

Sandy - I have just emailed you! am getting desperate at the thought of what i will do when I have finished wide awake!
Neon- I have got into the LOTU but it took a while - there are flashes of BDB but not nearly as good or hot and so I keep searching...

FnD - a series I am enjoying is the Demonica series by Larissa Ione. It's a more urban, punchy read - reminiscent of the great WARDen (although nothing can compare to the Brotherhood) . You might want to give it a try??
