East of Eden by John Steinbeck- anyone else read it?

Yes a few years ago now - it's a fabulous book. Very thought provoking (especially if you have children).

Oh yes, a truly great book. I loved it even more than the Grapes of Wrath. Must reread it ! Steinbeck was a genius IMO.

Yes, years ago, but now you've reminded me about it, I'd like to read it again.

Ooo glad I'm not on my own! I'd never heard of it but just loved it. Can't believe I've lived 30 years without reading it.
