I got this for DH for his birthday, but he's not started it yet, as he's labouring his way through Ian McGeechans book.

He loved Zigzag

I've been dying to read this after hearing the author talking about it on R4, so was thrilled to nab a copy at a local charity shop for £2 - doesn't look as if it's even been opened. My hand shot out like a heat-seeking missile and grabbed it off the shelf so quickly that a man browsing next to me was almost knocked flying. Felt because I suspect he was after it too.
