Looking for recomendations of story's that me and dd can read together she's 3 yrs old please.

Whizz Bang Orangutan - another great poetry book with lots of short poems for younger children

the gruffalo and any of the books by the same author. they are fantastic, my ds is 3 and he loves them.

THE JOLLY POSTMAN!!!!!!!!! You have to get it, its a sory about a postman but it has little envelopes with reall letters in belonging to the people hes delivering to its the best!!!!!!

My ds loved loved all the books Littlefish has mentioned esp Dear Zoo.

Another firm favourite was Eat your peas.

Best thing I find is to go to the library tho and then you can buy books that she really likes Saves a packet. Charity shops are great for books too.

was looking through dds books last nigth and forgot to reccomend Not Now Bernard by David McKee. Brilliant book

Owl Babies. Seems to be standard Reception class reading but my 2yr old DD 'reads' it aloud to herself!
