I'm listening to I Am Legend on BBC iPlayer, but I'm such a scaredy cat that I keep stopping

Should I stick with it, or will I end up scared and a bit depressed if I continue to the end? I'm about half-way through the second instalment of five.

I went to see this at the cinema with a girlfriend, I'd thrown the whole bucket of popcorn all over her as I jumped at something that happened in the first 10 mins - good luck!
