i prefer merry gentry to anita blake, but i've only read the first one...am i missing a trick?

and i've just finished personal demon (k armstrong)...she's great.

i adore the merry gentry books that are set mostly in faerie...i get impatient with the LA bits.

anita improves as the books go on. v hot!

I've not tried them, I was bored by the first Anita Blake though I read it because someone was always quoting wonderful lines on an email group.

dp however loves both Laurell K Hamilton's series.
