Has Anyone Read the Black Dagger Brotherhood Books by JR Ward?

I am on book 4 at the moment and just loving them - I really don't want them to end. Has anyone read them and enjoyed them? If so, what did you read next?

Tin and Sandy - what do you mean the way Sookie treats Bill? Once Eric was on the scene, he was all I cared about, so never liked Bill that much anyway.

Def don't cheat, Tin, Rhages story is ace! Sandy, I have started reading covet - its not doing it for me yet but havn't read much yet.

Hi FnD: I've starting reading Dark Lover again as I must admit I did skip the lesser parts as I just wanted to read about the Brothers. I have ordered Covet just waiting for it to arrive.

Re. Sookie - I just don't like her - I don't find Bill or Eric particularly attractive - I don't like the way she flits between them. I like books like BDB - where they are there just for each other.

Ah Sandy, that is the reason why I love BDB the men are totally enthralled/obesessed with their women!

I like Bill because he really is committed to Sookie, for him there is just no one else he wants to be with.

Plus the fact that all the vampires are great in bed, with huge d**ks

Am now halfway through Lover Eternal OMGGGGG!

Have ordered book 3 this evening, I can't take the risk of there being a gap between finishing one book and starting the next one.

I think I need to move to Caldwell....

Tin: If your moving to Caldwell your taking me with you . I am still reading Dark Lover again and loving it as much as the first time if not more. Can't wait to you read book 3 - still my favourite.

Hmmmm maybe I need to go the Sookie books another try - mind you I've got that many books ready to read it will probably be the end of the year! Are you watching True Blood season 2 starting on 26th Feb??

Okay so we are moving to Caldwell Sandy, how are we going to get BDB to notice us? (What do you smell like...?

Have just read the Rhage's first encounter with Mary in her home....Wow. I'm going to have to re-read it before I move on.

I've just received Kresley Cole's first book. Got Covet by JR Ward on the way and also just ordered 1st book of the Night Huntress series by jeannie frost. Also pre-ordered Lover Mine (can't wait for that!)

I'm reading Covet at the moment and liking it. I'm waiting for Jeannie Frost first book in the Night Huntress Series and have the Kreslely Cole booking waiting as well. Too many vampire porn books too little time.

Actually Sandy, I have been holding off, I am a bit busy with RL, AND have promised myself that I wanted to finish Eclipse before I let myself lose on Lover Avenged. (I am at fever pitch. Just thinking about the pass 2 books has revived my non existent libido )

Have to tell you that although being half way through Eclipse, I am just not enjoying it very much. Perhaps JD Ward has spoilt me, I need a Brother!

I was thinking we need to make covers for some of Kreslely Cole's books they are a bit

Have just started Dark Lover again, and you're right Sandy - I wish I was a BDB virgin again!

Any other recommendations? Sandy, is Covet any good - what's the premise?

Waiting for Lover Mine, due out in April, but I'm not really keen on Xhex though I love John Matthew so keen to see what she does with them.

Tin - Eclipse was my fave Twilight book (but read it before BDB so didn't feel the lack of Brothers!)

Tin: keep on with Eclipse this was also my favourite but you are right - I need a brother. I read Twilight books before BDB, I now wonder whether I would have loved them so much if I had read BDB first.

Neon: Just started Covet - not bad so far, it is set in Caldwell like the BDB and has some characters from BDB in as well.

I'm going to start Jeaniene Frost Night Huntress Series - first book is Halfway To The Grave after I have finished Covet although all I want to really do is go back and read the BDB books again

Have just finished Eclipse...was okay...I think am totally distracted by having Lover Avenged waiting for me. Am going to start it on the weekend, I want to savour it .

I think that BDB has ruined me for Twilight.

I still have the final Twilight to read, but IMHO book one was the best for me. With BDB, they just get better and better!

It was rather good! I really wasn't sure when I started book 2... with the move from brother to brother... but it just gets better and better!! I have given up on resisting and decided just to let myself read the bloody things, hence 3 books in two days and I havnt opened any uni work!

Lover Revealed is calling me!
