First year English under grad in a panic, and I can't find it either!!

I would appreciate your help and your sources, we've been googling etc and can't find it.

It appeared on the audio-book (cassette) 'Butterfly', which was published in 1998 according to this. Don't know if this was first publication, but can't find any earlier record of it.
