Oh, you have such joys waiting for you! Homicide is a great book - bit disconcerting that so much horrible stuff if actually real, but brilliant reading, nonetheless.

As I was watching it, I kept thinking that people actually live that way and I felt like some spoilt middle-class do-gooder. Best thing I've seen for ages with such fully drawn characters. Any other good TV suggestions as we've got a free upgrade for a month?
