Can I have Harry Bosch's phone number??

I am very is he visiting UK?

ok my q would be what gave him the inspiration for HB as a character, was it a particular cop he met when he was a crime journalist or was it an amalgamation of several characters.

OR

Why do all fictional detectives have such crap personal liveS,Like HB,Or Rankins Rebus,or Tennyson in the Prime Suspect books...is it a requirement for a fictional detective

Ooh coco how exciting!

I have only read a couple of his books but I did enjoy them. I don't think I could ask an intelligent question, I'd probably just blather on about rubbish

Quick change of subject - you're a fellow Lee Child fan aren't you? Have you read his new one yet? I'm planning to buy it for myself DH for an anniversary present.

Sounds fab . However, I did get to go and see Lee Child two years ago and he was fantastic - very articulate and lots of good insider stories. Was a bit disappointed with the book though - not as good as some.

I love Lee Child's books. I would love to hear him speak. I agree that his last couple haven't the edge that the first few had. I loved Persuader!

Hi Sidge , I did enjoy the lastest Reacher, but I do think he's got a little bit too know -it- all IYSWIM. It's a good story, but I think because I read it after the lastest Nelson De Mille and new Myron book I found it a bit humourless.
