Would be interested but depends on what sort of books. I really can't bear chick lit.

MrsMuddle - love your favourite books so I guess our tastes are fairly similar. (How are you getting on with Midnight's Children? I had to ploouugghhh through it.)

FlyingMonkey - can't bear chick lit either. I guess we can determine some parameters to a certain extent. Although, in saying that, part of my reason for doing it is to broaden my reading a bit.

Would love to join - I am far too fond of chick lit and need to broaden my literary horizons (that said, I am v capable of reading something more challenging before you start to worry!)

OK. Count me in. I hate chick lit too. I did get to the end of Midnight's Children, but I really felt I deserved a prize for doing so! If it had been half the size, it would have been a great book.
