I've nearly finished this and have found it totally fabulous. Anyone else?

Nope but sounds interesting. What's it about?

Set in a Welsh Village in 1950s, main part is a girl of about 13 who is trying to solve a murder. Goes into family relationships, secrets from the past and shows how the girl's mother is totally eaten away by a secret that she's kept for years. Can't really do it justice but it is fabulously written and has lots of strong themes. Tis great.

Intriguing title too. Might try it next after I've read April's book of the month.

Actually, I may have added alittle spoiler by mistake when I was telling you about it. Sorry, shouldn't spoil it for you!

Mari Strachan. I've finished it now and it was all great. DH is now reading it . Want others to read it so I can discuss it!
