Cheeky request, but... I'm transcribing a discussion of some schoolchildren discussing an extract of an Isabel Allende book (I think it's Ines of my Soul but I'm not entirely sure). One of the children talks about the man who was in love with Ines and it sounds like his name is Rihad or similar, can anyone verify that for me?? I've tried googling but can't seem to find mention of any character who sounds like that.
It's the book where she kills someone as revenge and a boy gets shot for stealing a mango. That's all the details I have!
