Oh yes, I read it & have just lent it to a friend. I couldn't put it down. Have you read anything else she has written? I don't know anything about her, but it was a brilliant book...

Yes, I enjoyed it. It inspired me to finally get round to reading Jane Eyre as well.

Yes, I really liked it too. quite a good twist - not too glaringly obvious and not too out of the blue. DH enjoyed it as well.

I thought it was good - I got quite worried about whether the author would be able to sustain the build up - given the hype about the author within the book. But agree that it was a good read and think the plot and ending worked.

My Mum recommended this book, and I was sceptical as we don't always share the same taste. I LOVED IT!!!!

I think it is a first novel, in which case it was brilliant!
