Outliers - Malcolm Gladwell

Anyone read this? Am nearly at the end now and think it's really interesting.
DH hasn't read it yet, but knows the premise (success due to being in right place at right time) and thinks it is just common sense.

I've read his other books, and bits of this in the New Yorker. He's always good. Yes, it's often common sense, but backed up with some surprising examples.

If you like this, you'd probably like Freakonomics, too.
