If yes then I read it years ago and yes like potoroo I think they did shag. Can you blame them?

Man, I loved that book. I'll always remember being transported to a colourful, aromatic, hot and faraway place - IN THE FIRST PARAGRAPH.

Yep, the Indian book. I loved it too. The ending didn't surprise me...but I just kept wondering if I was reading it wrong.

No, haven't read.

I'm currently going through Ann Patchett's books.

Bad name but 'The Magician's Assistant' was great - you have to get through a crap beginning but it turns into a book about the strength of women and I loved it. 'Run' and 'Bel Canto' are also good.

I'll pick up Q&A - thanks for the recommendation.
