Ohh.. It's on my list.

Was going to ask for it for Christmas but it would be too late.

But Delia's Christmasses have been faultless for 15 years.

1/2 price on Amazon too, Sarah Raven's was also reduced.

I've got Sarah Raven's garden cookbook (or something like that) which I really love.

It is great for folk who gto veg as the recipes are in big sections eg, pumpkins, beetroot, apples, etc. So when you half a hundredweight of apples it is a simpler way.

I love 'how to eat' and ?the other one? but am not so keen on Express.

Have never 'done' a Delia Christmas, what are your fave recipes from it?

twinsetandpearls · 31/10/2008 00:30

The light Christmas pudding and boozy sauce are to die for.

Always make her mincemeat and make strudels an mince pies from them.

All of the meat recipes are nice.

I made an orange trifle that was delicious.

Christmas pudding also nice.

I don;t have express by Nigella but have all the others and use them all the time.

Will look into the Raven book

I have all of the nigella books bar the express one.
