What gripping stuf! If you like scary, check your door's locked books, read these! I've just discovered Tess Gerritson and haven't done a scrap of housework since! I've read 'The Surgeon' followed by 'The Apprentice' What book or books come next? I've found a few titles but not one that seems to follow on. Can anyone help?

shewhoneverdusts · 29/10/2008 13:46

Oh I'm so glad you are enjoying these too. I bought The Mephisto Club on Monday evening and read it from cover to cover yesterday, but I'm on holiday from work so I'm allowed to use a day on enjoyment. She's very good isn't she.

Life support is the only book that has ever made me heave whilst reading. That said I love her books, didn't realise I had so many to catch up on!

mumnosbest · 04/11/2008 18:05

I know there are soooooooo many!!! I like books that make you 'heave' so will read that one too! So many books so little time!

I LOVED Mephisto Club (one of those 'I can cook while reading, I can, I can ...... oh ..... fish suppers tonight, folks' books)

I don't mind crime thrillers, but usually give supernaturally things an enormous bodyswerve. Loved it.
