It's all about the struggles in Zimbabwe in 2000 - sadly being mirrored in 2008. Fantastic read.

Yes yes I really liked this book and am now reading his other one 'Mukiwa' about his childhood and military service. It is really interesting, highly recommend it.
Godwin grew up in a place called Melsetter, but everytime I read it as Mumsnetter!
