Book club recommendations

Hi, it’s my turn to recommend a couple of books for my book club this month, we then vote to make our choice. Have recently read The Eights, which all enjoyed.
Would love some recommendations please, preferably available in paperback.

I love J.L. Carr's 'A Month in the Country', especially around this time of year, but it is on the shorter side.

I recently read Silas Marner and it was absolutely wonderful. I think it would work well as a Book Club book.

“All the light we cannot see” went down well at my book club. We also recently read a short story collection called “Show don’t tell” and that was great, really interesting discussing which stories everyone liked best and why.

Two books that I read in hardback recently and enjoyed and are now out in paperback are Buckeye by Patrick Ryan and Heart The Lover by Lily King. Both would be good for book club discussion.

The Correspondent was a book I really enjoyed this summer and would be good for discussion.
