I suggested it for my book group a while ago and I think they have mostly forgiven me now. None of us finished it - I got further than any of the others, but didn't finish it as I found when I put it down I just wasn't picking it up again.
I would say that for me it improves massively after the first section and becomes more readable then, as it becomes clearer what the author is doing with the language.
But as I say, not enough for me to finish I'm afraid.
