Dungeon Crawler Carl has some horror elements and can also be quite funny.

Just finished re-reading the entire series ready for book 8 coming in a couple of weeks.

Anything by Gareth Pengally, he's hilarious

Under the Skin by Michel Faber. They made it into a film which I loved, but the book is more humorous.
