Maybe Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia.

I always think Dracula is great to read this time of year, too. Ditto Wuthering Heights.

I like to read the James Herriot books in autumn, not autumn-themed but cosy and log-fire ish.

Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater. It's YA fantasy, but such a nice cosy read.
