Urgent ;)! books set in Tuscany

I’m on holiday in Tuscany and have just finished the Marriage Portrait, which I loved. I’ve got 2 days left of holiday (I don’t want it to end) and I need another atmospheric excellent Tuscan-set book as the other book I bought with me isn’t cutting the mustard. Any recommendations (not thrillers or murder mysteries!).

Sarah Winman’s Still Life is set in Florence, and if a beautiful book about friendships and art.
Amanda Craig’s The Three Graces about 3 friends who have retired to Tuscany.

My Italian Bulldozer by Alexander McCall Smith

Summer’s Lease by John Mortimer.

Same author as wrote the Rumpole of the Bailey series. Very funny but many things go terribly wrong.

Under the Tuscan Sun by Frances Mayes. No idea if it's any good but I liked the film.

Sarah Dunant wrote 3 Italian set historical novels

The Birth of Venus was set in Florence

Also there might be some Santa Montefiore's that fit the bill. Usually an easy read.

Perfume Paradiso by Janey Jones for a lovely evocation of the Italian countryside - I wish I was going this year!

Love Falls by Esther Freud or Summer’s Lease by John Mortimer

The house by the sea by Louise Douglas is good and set in Sicily.

I loved The Three Graces

Romola by George Eliot.
The Decameron by Boccaccio

I love The Evening Class by Maeve Binchy but it's only partially set in Italy

She is a bit twee for a lot of people though so may not be what you're looking for

Angela Petch has a few wartime novels set there that are very good, and Siobhan Daiko has a few that are also good reads.

The Cypress Maze by Fiona Valpy is a great read.
