I know that a lot of people here won’t be into the fantasy genre but I thought I’d post just in case. I’m 27, I have a 7 year old and the only real time I get to myself is when I’m reading. I’ve read the a court of thorns and roses series, the throne of glass series, the fourth win series, the crescent city series, I’m in the middle of the plated prisoner series. I would love some more fantasy/romance books and stories if anyone has any!

Spark of the Ever flame by Penn Cole. Book 4 has been delayed until next year though!

Also, Daughter of No Worlds by Carissa Broadbent

Laini Taylor - Daughter of Smoke and Bone, Days of Blood and Starlight, Dreams of Gods and Monsters, Strange the Dreamer and Muse of Nightmares.

Elizabeth Knox - The Rainbow Opera, Dream Quake.

Lev Grossman - The Magicians, The Magician King, The Magician’s Land.

Samantha Shannon - The Bone Season. She has 5 volumes of this fabulous, urban fantasy, clairvoyance strewn epic out so far and it's seriously immersive.

If you don't mind something a bit more YA, Derek Landy's Skullduggery Pleasant series is very good.

I echo Laini Taylor, such good books - I have desperately hoped for more from her

Guy Gavriel Kay -Tigana, A Song for Arbonne, The Sarantine Mosiac, The Lions of Al Rassan and so many more. They are so full of emotion and real people. They have broken me on many occasions

Stephen Donaldson - The Mirror of her Dreams and A man rides Through duo, The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the first two trilogy's are brilliant but I have struggled with the later books in this series

Legend by David Gemmell - broke me. Not to be confused with the film Legend - this is way better

I need to go to sleep but I'll come back with some more
