Everything you need to know about the International Booker Prize 2025 longlist | The Booker Prizes

Is anyone planning to read any of the books on the longlist? We've picked Eurotrash by Christian Kracht for our office Book Group. I am also going to read Gaelle Belem's There's A Monster and Ibtisam Azam's The Book of Disappearance. There's a lot of good (short!) books on the list for those interested in fiction in translation

The Book of Disappearances sounds appallingly timely. The setting of There’s A Monster would be really interesting.

I confess I had to Google to see exactly where Reunion is. Its great to see these books get a wider audience and often they are published by smaller publishing houses that will get a boost.

I'm going to read Reservoir Bitches and Hunchback.
