A quiet belief in angels ..should I carry on with it?

It got really good reviews but I can't make uo my mind about it.
I am only a couple of chapters in bt am finding it hard going.So has anyone else read it is it worth me carrying on with it ?

God yes - I recently finished it and it's stunning. It took me a while though, as it's a bit slow at the start.

Persevere - you will not be disappointed!

oh good thanks Wisteria. I think I will stick to it as I hate leaving books unfinished .

oh i thought it was lovely.
Guessed the ending unfortunatly but it is haunting. I really liked the starkness of the incidents and the eeriy beauty in some of the writing.

Actually 'lovely' is sooo the wrong word

My Dad taught me to always give a book 50 pages before making a decision and I find it a good rule of thumb.

DP loved it; I hated it - therefore i think you toss a coin to see if you should carry on!

Personally I thought it was over-written, pretentious drivel - but that is just my very humble opinion so feel free to ignore!

I loved it!

Quite enjoyed it but not a book I would re read,which is my usual test of a good book!
