Quick recommendation please

Please recommend me a book. I'm going to have a long bath and read a book. I have a Kindle so can buy any ebook hopefully.

I don't like murder or gruesomeness or cruelty. I don't like anything too fantastical, I like to be able to relate to the people and imagine myself in their position.

I like lots of things happening rather than slow books with lots of descriptions. I quite like historical family dramas but I've read a lot of them recently so I'd like something different.

Please recommend me something. The first recommendation I haven't already read will be my next book.

Agree.. not enjoying so far

I loved it, but I can see how it might be upsetting for some people, and especially if they start it but don't finish it.
