If I like Adele Parks & Jane Fallon.... who else?

I need to find some new authors, I've started re-reading all my favourites.

Also like Sheila O'Flanagan, Catherine Alliott, Marian Keyes- that sort of vein.

I love an "Aga Saga" but don't mind the more mystery/psych thriller stuff like Louise Candlish.

Who else is good?

I second all votes for Lisa Jewell and I also love Claire Douglas and Tracey Buchanan.

This is great! Thanks so much!

Jenny Colgan- yes have read most of hers I think.

Sophie Kinsella, again think I've read most.

Jodi Picoult I find a bit hit and miss. Some I adored and some I couldn't finish.

Lianne Moriarty- Again, hit and miss. I loved "Big Little Lies" but some of her others were a tad boring.

There's also Nicola Moriarty, neice of Lianne I think. Just read "Those Other Woman" by Nicola, which was a great yarn.

I forgot Sinead Moriarty (Irish author, no relation to Lianne & Nicola), her books are fabulous.

Lisa Jewel! I did read one of hers, will look up the rest.

I will look up the rest on my local library catalogue!

Has anyone read Robyn Harding? She's a Canadian author, awesome books. Her best is "The Arrangement" but all of hers are wonderful.

Thanks again!

I forgot Jane Green. Her latest book Sister Stardust was much better than I expected. Love her stuff.

Thanks all. I live rural (in Australia) but our small local library is part of a massive network of libraries. I will spend some happy time browsing the catalogue and placing holds on these authors. Will keep me going for ages 😍

I'm currently listening to an audiobook called Wrong Time, Wrong Place by Gillian McCallister which is pretty good and slightly different.

TM Logan
Christopher Brookmyre
Sabine Durrant
Sarah Moss
