I've signed up to Audible and have just enjoyed listening to David Mitchell's Unruly.

I think I'm mired in suited to non-fiction as I love curling up with a real book and wouldn't want to miss any details with a fiction book.
Sometimes I zone out with audible or I meet someone on my dog walk and miss bits!

So I'm looking for a non-fiction book, not too heavy!

Try the Bill Bryson books but make sure you get the ones read by the author.

Dave Grohl's autobiography was great. I gather he's now been cancelled, haven't kept up with the details, but you might enjoy it.

I really enjoyed British History for Dummies by Sean Lang read by Jonathan Keeble. It filled in gaps in my knowledge, was amusingly but interestingly and authoritatively written. The narration really chimed in with that vibe!
