I'm on the Mumsnet app and there are 3 other threads listed when I put Demon Copperhead into the search bar on the first page.
They are all in the What We're Reading topic section and date from July 2023.

Not sure about other threads but it’s an amazing book! The first 2/3 are better than the final 1/3 IMO, but found it utterly gripping.
