Do I need to read the Rain Wind Chronicles or can I move onto The Fitz and the Fool. Been a year since I read The Tawny Man and I'm missing Fitz.

I loved the rain wild chronicles. Definitely, worth reading it first. You've inspired me to read them all again

I had started the first chapter about 6 months ago but didn't click with it. Liveship is my favourite trilogy so far, so will try again.

I couldn't get into Dragon Keeper so skipped the Rain Wind Chronicles. My favourites were the ones about Fitz, so The Farseer and Fitz and the Fool Trilogies. I think you don't need to read the other series unless you want to.

You don't have to read RWC to enjoy the rest of Robin's books. All her trilogies can be read as stand alones. Personally I liked the RWC and think it is worth reading
