Very sad to hear that C J Sansom has died after a very long illness. His Shardlake novels were a joy. RIP.

Oh no! I love the Shardlake books. I noted a trailer on Disney Plus for a new adaptation - with Sean Bean. Def worth a watch.

A true loss.

What sad news. I love his books.

Am so sad about this. His books were great and Shardlake such a good character. Apparently he was working on another Shardlake book.

I had no idea. How sad. I enjoyed all his novels. And just when Shardlake is hitting the screen. 😥

RIP. I loved reading Winter In Madrid.

That’s sad - I’m listening to Dissolution on Audible at the moment and thoroughly enjoying it. Great writing.

Very sad. I’m seeing whether there is a free trial to watch the Shardlake books and might re-read one. RIP

I love the Shardlake books and felt that he had so many more stories to tell. Very sad loss.
