Anyone read Gang Leader for a Day: A Rogue Sociologist Crosses the Line?

Anyone read it? I like the sound of it but will probably wait until it's in paperback but views?

I have ordered this from the library and will report back when I get it.

Used to live in Chicago and think it sounds really interesting.

OK I've finished it now. The subject matter is interesting but somehow the book itself is a bit dull. I think the writer fails to get across the characters of the people he is writing about well. Took me three weeks to read it, if I had loved it I would have read it in three days, it's not that long.

My verdict is: wait for the paperback.
