Hi can anyone help me with a book for my sister.
She works in a stressful, hugely responsible job that she loves and hates in equal measure.

This last year has been horrendous for her personally and professionally. She really needs to think about what she wants in life.

Any recommendations for a book that’s uplifting and and promotes self worth, with maybe a bit of humour.

Thanks x

I can recommend my own account of walking the South West Coast Path at age 56 as a pretty extreme way of dragging myself out of the rut of menopause.
It's funny and not at all a midlife introspective crisis, but rather an uplifting story of overcoming challenges of camping and walking and telling the stories of the people I met along the way from Minehead to Poole.
I'm no Shakespeare: Walking the South West Coast Path.
(I'm a very long time Mumsnetter).

Lesley Garner - Everything I've Ever Done that Worked, Everything I've Ever Learned About Love, Everything I've Ever Learned About Change.

Bite size essays about her personal experiences but extremely relatable and applicable to her readers lives.
