If you like, I can help. She's got a bag which has a name on it and that is used in foreign-language version of the book. However, she has a different name in the english version. It begins with the same letter though. Given that she has a certain design on her t-shirt, that might be a clue too. Undoubtedly that is the case. Really those two clues will give you 2 words in the 4-word title and the other two words are short little filler words. Oh and by the way, I don't want to give you any more clues than you need, but if you are really stumped and want to know the name of the author, take the first latters of each sentence in this message!

(Caveat - I haven't read it, so I might not be quite right about the translation - but think names starting with the same letter and you won't go far wrong!)
