Anybody know how to remove this highlight box from kindle please?

This, (box with magnified word and 2 arrows) has suddenly appeared on the book page I'm reading on kindle. No idea how I turned it on but I definitely can't turn it off - anyone know how please?

If you go into Accessibility settings, is VoiceView switched on? If so, switch it off and it might help
